It is around that time of the year where current Undergraduate students at Xavier begin applying for on-campus residential housing.
Phase one of the housing application for the 2022 Fall Semester goes live on January 31st at 9 a.m. and closes on February 7th at 7 a.m. At this time, students who plan to reside in on-campus housing for the upcoming Fall 2022 semester will be required to access their housing portal and submit their applications for housing.
Phase two, roommate selection, begins on February 7th at 9 a.m. and ends on February 18th at 7 a.m. During this time, all students who have submitted and completed a housing application will be able to add a roommate to their completed housing application. Only students who have completed a housing application by the phase 1 deadline will be applicable to be added as roommates.
Phase three, room selection, will be in the order of classifications, with Graduates, Pharmacy, and Seniors having priority selection.
The dates for phase three are as follows:
2/21 - 2/27 (Current Graduates, Pharmacy & Seniors) Begins at 9 a.m. on the 2/21 and ends at 7 a.m. on 2/27
2/28 - 3/6 (Current Juniors) Begins at 9 a.m. on 2/28 and ends at 7 a.m. on 3/6
3/7 - 3/13 (Current Sophomores) Begins at 9 a.m. on 3/7 and ends at 7 a.m. on 3/13
3/14 - 3/20 (Current Freshman) Begins at 9 a.m. on 3/14 and ends at 7 a.m. on 3/20
It is important to note that all rooms will be occupied on a first-come, first-serve basis. Any student applying to live at off-campus housing located at the University of New Orleans (UNO), must be 20 years of age before August or risk losing housing for the Fall 2022 semester.
